My Design Process

Design isn't just about how something looks — it’s about how it works, why it works, and who it's for. My process begins with a deep dive into understanding the problem. Once I have a solid foundation, I define the core challenges and opportunities. I shape user personas, map out user journeys, and clarify the problems we’re solving. This strategic clarity ensures that every design choice is purposeful and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.

With direction established, I move into design — creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces that focus on usability and visual clarity. I use tools like Figma to bring ideas to life, always keeping collaboration at the center of the process. Feedback from stakeholders is welcomed early and often, making space for smarter iterations.
