Project Overview
Productivity tools should simplify life — not add complexity. This project involved the complete UX/UI redesign of a task management app aimed at busy professionals and students juggling multiple responsibilities. The original app had a strong feature set but suffered from usability and engagement issues. The goal was to create a minimalist, focused, and motivating experience that helps users manage their time, tasks, and goals — without cognitive overload.

UX Solutions
Clean, Focused UI
Redesigned the interface with a minimalist approach — neutral color palettes, high contrast typography, and thoughtful use of whitespace. This made task lists less overwhelming and more actionable.
2. Visual Task Hierarchy
Introduced tags, priority levels, and calendar integration. Users could now quickly filter tasks, organize by urgency, or drag and drop items into their day.
3. Customizable Workflows
Designed flexible task views (list, board, timeline) so users could switch between different productivity methods. Each view was optimized for clarity and ease of use.
